Antique & Vintage Radio Repair

Radio repair service is available for most antique and vintage radios made in the United States during the 1930's through the 1950's. We are also fully equipped to repair most hybrid and transistor based radios, receivers and amplifiers made during the 1960's and 70's such as Fisher, JVC, Kenwood, Marantz and Pioneer.

If your pre-1960 antique radio is in good general condition and electrically safe, 'repair only' service might be a cost effective solution to returning your antique radio back to good working order. However, not all antique radios are candidates for repair. For these radios, a restoration is always recommended as a long term solution to avoid repeat failures due to aging components. See my restoration page for details.

All radio repairs come with a 6 month warranty that covers labor and those parts replaced.

An inspection of your radio is required in order to provide you with an accurate repair quote. There is no charge for the inspection. There is no obligation to authorize any repair. Should you decide to not have your radio repaired, I only ask that you pay the return shipping cost. If your radio is beyond help, it will be returned to you at no charge.

I receive many emails about many things. You can find answers to many of the common questions about having a radio repaired that I've received on my FAQ page.
